Now groups can start fundraising and getting ready, the cost will be $575 per person (until April 2023):
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION FEE?
- Programming – all of the activities that take place during CLAY
- Accommodations in Laurier Residence from Thursday, August 10 to Sunday, August 13
- Meals – three meals per day from Dinner on Thursday through Lunch on Sunday
- Transportation to all scheduled activities during the gathering

We are so excited to be traveling to and spending time together in the beautiful Campus at Laurier in Waterloo, Ontario, on the Haldimand tract, traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishnaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples. Laurier has all that we need for an amazing weekend, and we are hoping it is accessible for easy travel for your group.
